Books are closed

This form must be filled out by the person receiving the tattoo! I will not accept submission forms from friends, partners, or family members. 

-I review all submission forms after my books close.

-Not all requests will be accepted as I refine my style and tattooing preference.

-If your project is selected, I will reach out to schedule your appointment and collect your deposit.

-If you do not hear back, it simply means your request was not selected for this booking cycle. You are always welcome to resubmit your idea or a new one in the next booking cycle.

-My appointments generally begin at either 10-11am

-all sessions end at 5pm.

-I will not be booking tattoos past 3pm

-I have extremely limited Saturdays.(they are booked the farthest out)

If this schedule does not work for you, please do not submit a request.

 A deposit is required to book all tattoo appointments. This secures your time and allows me to prepare your design.

• Tattoos $500 or less will require a  $100 deposit
• Tattoos over $500 will require a $200 deposit

-one reschedule allowed with a 48 hours notice.

-If you require a second reschedule you will have to pay another deposit, same for a third, so on and so fourth.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and go towards your final price.

-arriving more then 15 minutes late may result in cancellation, and forfeiture of your deposit.

-No call/no show=deposit forfeited.

Designs are not shown prior to your appointment. Minor adjustments can be made the day of our tattoo.

Major Changes(idea, placement, or concept) must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.

-Fantasy, nature, and illustrative designs.

I am currently taking limited custom pieces and may decline projects that are not a good fit.

I also prioritize clients who trust my artistic direction and allow me creative freedom to design within my style.
